Oh I wouldn't go as far as getting a paid theme.
On one hand, I am pretty sure there must be free themes like that. And on the other, you might be able to do a better customization yourself. I am sorry I am not familiar with this forum software to help beyond that.
I can see you've been tweaking it further. It looks much better and readable now.
