Irc clients and connecting to irc servers

Here you go

So the first thing is to download irc client like

- Hexchat

- Irssi (https://irssi.org/)

(These are the ones I've tried, more are available)

Then we have to connect to server, let's say:

Server name: irc.bsdforall.org

Port: 6697

Later we gotta join any channel you like

Channel: #bsdforall

Channel: #bsdforall-support

It doesn't go beyond the home page. Nothing happens when I press the connect button.

However this webchat works for me : https://bsdforall.org/chat/

I just gave it another try. It works for me now. What happened before must have been some temporary issue.
